With our maintenance plans we prep you to follow a balanced nutritional life even after your package is over. We believe the process of maintaining the lost weight is equally important. Counting each calorie while eating might not be the most practical way of enjoying a meal. Our nutrition philosophy encourages a holistic approach towards maintaining a healthy life. We have a team of experts to coach and train our clients to independently make healthy choices before weaning them off the weight loss program. Weight maintenance program is designed to focus on healthy foods and activities rather than foods to avoid.

We also have a trial session for 2000 for 10 days which includes 2 sessions of 5 days each.

DISCOVERY CALL
- In this call, we’ll get to know you better by asking questions about your lifestyle, preferences, medical history, blood work, likes, dislikes, and goals for the duration of the program.
- One’s dietary regimen is tailored to the individual.
- The time and date for the next appointment are set based on your convenience.

DURING THE PROGRAM
- Once every three to four days, the nutritionist will get in touch.
- A revised eating plan will be produced based on the progress.
- unique meal plans will be provided for vacations, social events, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
- We offer unlimited sessions via teleconference apps like Whatsapp, Google Meet, etc.

What is the difference between the team’s and Monisha’s package?
In the Team Package, however, you won't be speaking with Monisha but rather with our senior nutritionist. . Additionally, Monisha monitors every diet plan.
How to know if I would be able to follow your program?
you will get a diet chart tailored according to your goals and needs, and a workout chart that will help you reach your goal
what if I don’t have time to prepare meals and workout?
If you are someone who eats out mostly, you can tell your coach about it and they will sort your diet accordingly
Can I start with a 2-month plan and then extend it to 4 or 6 months?
Yes, you can extend your package within a month of starting the program.
what is the mode of payment?
We are able to process payments made via UPI, PAYTM, BANK TRANSFER, and net banking. Note that we do not accept cash.
Are installment plans an option?
Only for 6 months package is available. Two payments are accepted, but they must both be made in the same calendar month.
Are you a weight-loss specialist or do you also provide therapeutic meal plans?
Yes, we do provide diet plans for PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, hypertension, and other conditions.
