DISCOVERY CALL
- In this call, we’ll get to know you better by asking questions about your lifestyle, preferences, medical history, blood work, likes, dislikes, and goals for the duration of the program.
- One’s dietary regimen is tailored to the individual.
- The time and date for the next appointment are set based on your convenience.

DURING THE PROGRAM
- Once every three to four days, the nutritionist will get in touch.
- A revised eating plan will be produced based on the progress.
- unique meal plans will be provided for vacations, social events, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
- We offer unlimited sessions via teleconference apps like Whatsapp, Google Meet, etc.

In the Team Package, however, you won't be speaking with Monisha but rather with our senior nutritionist. . Additionally, Monisha monitors every diet plan.
How to know if I would be able to follow your program?
you will get a diet chart tailored according to your goals and needs, and a workout chart that will help you reach your goal
what if I don’t have time to prepare meals and workout?
If you are someone who eats out mostly, you can tell your coach about it and they will sort your diet accordingly
Can I start with a 2-month plan and then extend it to 4 or 6 months?
Yes, you can extend your package within a month of starting the program.
what is the mode of payment?
We are able to process payments made via UPI, PAYTM, BANK TRANSFER, and net banking. Note that we do not accept cash.
Are installment plans an option?
Only for 6 months package is available. Two payments are accepted, but they must both be made in the same calendar month.
Are you a weight-loss specialist or do you also provide therapeutic meal plans?
Yes, we do provide diet plans for PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, hypertension, and other conditions.
